RETURN POLICY

WE DO NOT OFFER REFUNDS.

We offer two types of returns; a Replacement or a Store Credit.

  • REPLACEMENT: Products are eligible for a replacement if you received the wrong products.
  • STORE CREDIT: Products are eligible for a store credit if you decide you don’t want the item(s) within 30 days of purchase date/ date payment was made. Returned products must be unopened, with seal still attached. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT CONTAINERS THAT HAVE BEEN OPENED AND/OR USED. Once your items are received, we will credit your store account, using the original email address you used to place your order.

You will be responsible for the return shipping cost.

All parts, pieces, printed materials, promotional items, accessories, and any original product packaging must be returned. Returned products may not be altered, used, or damaged.

Multiple return requests for the same products are subject to review by Acne Expert Skincare. We reserve the right to deny store credit on products purchased and returned more than once.

Returns that do not meet the return policy criteria will not qualify for a store credit and may be returned at the customer’s expense or destroyed upon request.

We are not responsible for return packages that may be lost or damaged in transit. It is recommended that you choose a method of shipping with tracking and insurance.
